Author Guidelines

  • check icon Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • check icon All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism, and any with unacceptable similarity levels will be rejected.
  • check icon Authors must follow APA 7th Edition referencing style, and manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal’s template.
  • check icon Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatical, and coherent English.
  • check icon All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the work, and any changes in authorship after submission must be approved by all contributors.
  • check icon Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data and information presented in the manuscript.
  • check icon Authors retain the copyright of their articles, but upon acceptance they grant SJSS the right to publish and distribute the work. Submissions must not violate third-party copyright or intellectual property rights, and copyrighted content such as tables, figures, or quotations must be properly cited and used with permission where required.
