Authors must follow APA 7th Edition referencing style, and manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal’s template.
Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatical, and coherent English.
All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the work, and any changes in authorship after submission must be approved by all contributors.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data and information presented in the manuscript.
Authors retain the copyright of their articles, but upon acceptance they grant SJSS the right to publish and distribute the work. Submissions must not violate third-party copyright or intellectual property rights, and copyrighted content such as tables, figures, or quotations must be properly cited and used with permission where required.
For research involving human or animal subjects, authors must obtain ethical approval and mention it in the manuscript.
Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could be viewed as potential conflicts of interest.
Manuscripts may be withdrawn before peer review, but once accepted, withdrawal requires a formal request with justification.
All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review, and the editorial board’s decision is final.
