Author Guidelines
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.- All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism, and any with unacceptable similarity levels will be rejected.
- Authors must follow APA 7th Edition referencing style, and manuscripts should be formatted according to the journal’s template.
- Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatical, and coherent English.
- All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the work, and any changes in authorship after submission must be approved by all contributors.
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data and information presented in the manuscript.
- Authors retain the copyright of their articles, but upon acceptance they grant SJSS the right to publish and distribute the work. Submissions must not violate third-party copyright or intellectual property rights, and copyrighted content such as tables, figures, or quotations must be properly cited and used with permission where required.
- For research involving human or animal subjects, authors must obtain ethical approval and mention it in the manuscript.
- Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could be viewed as potential conflicts of interest.
- Manuscripts may be withdrawn before peer review, but once accepted, withdrawal requires a formal request with justification.
- All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review, and the editorial board’s decision is final.
- Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts promptly in accordance with reviewers’ comments and editorial suggestions.
